Banner is terrible at answering the phone. Then when you request to be called back "first in the call line" they put you back on hold. Not exactly how that is suppose to work.
Not to mention, they messed up my blood work. Assistant forgot to have all the blood picked up and it sat there all weekend. In return, I needed to come in AGAIN to re-give all the blood. Also, on several occasions they have screwed up my monthly prescription. Causing a HUGE headache with the pharmacy, myself and their support staff.
Not consistent, non-communicative, and slightly useless!
