This is an update to a previous review where I gave them a five star rating. We went back in October and were rather disappointed. Seems that a couple years of neglect has taken its toll on this resort. Never got the usual welcome package until a few days later, had to keep asking for towels...concierge did not get back with us until three days later...now...that's customer service? Housekeeping is severely lacking...they went two days before coming, and when they did, they did the bare minimum, they changed out the dirty towels and the garbage. We went two days without them coming and had to put our own garbage out. The floors were not mopped the entire time we were there and were dirty when we arrived. The refrigerator was leaking water on the inside of it and was never cleaned up. Our air conditioner did not maintain a good temp until my brother in law went outside and cleaned the unit of some pine needles and leaves (this was a freebie for them since my brother in law is a workaholic) The outside of the building and a/c units are in need of maintenance. On the upside, the landscape and pool area looks good and the girl in the gift shop was delightful. Hopefully they act on these issues before it is too late. We go to Vegas regularly, but doubt we will go back here.
