Visited this store for the second time last Saturday. The first time was over three years ago and I was really impressed with the selections. This last visit I was equally impressed with the offerings but the customer service was off-putting. I was greeted right away when I entered the store but in a way that may me a bit uncomfortable. I was in the store looking for three specific items; hemps seeds, neem oil and castor oil. I was shown to the products that I needed but decided to purchase only one based on the size of the items available to what was needed.
When I was checking out, the Jan Brady looking one looked like she'd rather bathe feral cats than to be working the checkout counter. I was so happy when I exited the store because the energy inside was very stifling. In the future I think I'd rather click "buy" online than drive half-way crossed town to feel let down buy my shopping experience. Why did I give 4 stars instead of less? Because it's a good store in that the merchandise is very unique and needed. But the employees need incentive to give the best damn customer service they can muster up.
