  • I hate writing bad reviews, but I'm really annoyed. I work for my money, I do not have an issue with paying for services, I will pay more for quality, and I tip well. That being said after spending $100 less than 2 weeks ago (pedi and mani) and already have to go to another place to fix my nails is ridiculous to me. I got the IBD gel nails with the gel polish done (no nail extentions). 6 days later the gel was missing from my right thumb and the gel was lifting from the other nails on my right hand. I called the salon and was told to come in to have my right hand redone. This time the tech put the gel polish only on the thumb and super glued the gel down on the others that were lifting. At that point I swore I was never coming back. Well 13 days later 2 more nails are missing gel (one from each hand) and I have major chipping. Now, I have a desk job and I don't do anything out of the norm with my hands. To me there should be no reason why in less than 2 weeks I have this issue.
