  • This company saved us! Our heroes in our time of need! I came home late in the day to find our AC not working, completely dead. It was 90 deg and 45% humidity. I called Bumble Bee and Lisa said she would do her best but more likely than not it would be the next morning when someone could come out. She was ok with me setting the appointment but still looking for someone to come out that day, so I kept making calls. Within a few minutes, she called back saying one of her newer techs could come by and 30 minutes later Jack showed up. Jack was courteous, professional and speedy. He thoroughly worked the problem, had a solution and us up and running about an hour later. We have an older system so this was no easy fix. We will eventually need to upgrade and Bumble Bee will be our choice! Thank you Jack and Lisa!
