  • This is the worst place I have ever stayed. When we couldn't get a clean functional room and wanted to cancel our reservation we were told we would still be charged for 3 days. We tried to stick it out for the first night and by the next morning there wasn't a functioning toilet. There was filth on the floor and walls. Disgusting accommodations. We finally were able to check out. I found random charges on my account and had to file a dispute with both my bank and Howard Johnson. We tried to get the charges taken off through the person on duty but after saying he didn't know what happened he just stopped answering the phone. Absolutely terrible place.
