  • We were sold a furnace by Calgary Custom Furnace company in March 2012 and are still struggling to get the furnace installed to code as defined by the City of Calgary. The furnace has now been inspected twice, failing inspection both times. In the second attempt to bring the installation to code the installer brought the pipes through the roof causing major damage to the new fascia and leaving the attic completely exposed to the elements. The company refuses to take responsibility for the damage and is also refusing to bring the installation to code - claiming that is not their responsibility. If some fast-talking older blonde that claims to like furnaces better than diamonds tries to sell you a furnace look for a different company - FAST! The installers were not paid in full either, thus it appears that neither service nor ethics are are a high priority.
