  • It is a good thing I did not read all the negative reviews posted on here at the time I placed my first Ssense order back in January 2013 because I would have missed out on some great finds. Since my first order, I have placed a few more orders and have been a happy customer. Here are few things you should know when ordering from Ssense if you live in the USA. 1. Most of the time items ship free to the states, but the return shipping is paid by the customer. Sometimes they have free return shipping offers. However, it never happens on sale items. 2. Due to duty fees charged across the border, items must be returned via USPS not UPS or FEDEX. 3. If an item is returned via UPS or FEDEX, Ssense gets charged duty fees, and they will send you the bill for these fees. So this is can be an expensive mistake. 4. Be aware that shipping an item to Canada from the states via USPS is expensive. For instance, it costs about a $100 to return a pair of size 11 shoes from California. 5. I noticed that they ship within two days of placing an order, and USPS delivers to California in less than a week. 6. At the end of each season (June and December), most everything go on sale. 7. Order items when free return shipping is available. Return it and wait for it to go on sale if you don't want to pay full price. This way you will know for sure it fits and absolutely want to keep it.
