  • ROI has been a great company to work with for my entire roof project. From the appointment setter, to the salesman, to the office worker who stayed in contact with me- everyone was very helpful and understanding of my situation. Before getting my new roof I had to contact my solar company to get my panels off the roof, the solar company did not come out when they said they would and caused my project to be delayed. I was worried I would have to pay for this but ROI and the office manager stayed in touch with me and although I had to reschedule a couple times showed no frustration. I was even able to text back and forth with the office which was extremely helpful! I highly recommend this company for any home repairs/ improvements.
