This is a review for the service department only. I took my 6 months new Pacifica mini van here a week ago (car wasn't purchased at this location), because the check engine light was on. I was fairly angry at the whole situation, since my brand new car was already have problems. They were extremely nice and efficient, diagnosed the problem with in few hours. Even though they did not have the part (the car was too new), they helped me contacting Chrysler to get the part expedited. The part I need isn't available anywhere, the dealership can't even order it due to it isn't made yet. I ended up having to call the corporate office at Chrysler, but their call rep was a joke. The manager at the dealership helped us throughout the whole process, and we were able to eventually get the part pulled off the assembly line, so they can fix my car. The dealership also loaned me another mini van to drive while my car was in the shop for a week waiting for parts.
While I don't know if I can recommend any Chrysler car to anyone after my car started to have problems within the first 6 months (I bought the fully loaded limited edition too, so it's not cheap), the service department has done everything for me to make the process relatively painless.
