  • I've been sitting at my machine for 30 minutes now with the service light on waiting for a drink server, there's been multiple floor supervisors that have walked by me without asking what I needed help with. When someone finally came over to ask what I needed, I told them I've been sitting here waiting for a drink server with the service light on for 30 minutes and I'm $200 down and I would like a drink. It's now been 15 minutes since the floor supervisor said he would get somebody over here to help me and still nothing. I will never spend money here ever again horrible customer service and horrible customer appreciation!!!! If anyone ever comes over to assist me I will make sure to get their names as well.
