  • The picture speaks for itself 24 hours after service. Way to ruin a bride's big day, Nail Lounge! That's not the worst of it, unfortunately. This place was beyond unprofessional. The male running the place argued with multiple employees multiple times in front of us. Employees looked afraid to speak up to him to stand by what they told us as customers. It took five of them and about 45 minutes to give us several different totals before they settled on a much larger one than we were anticipating and were quoted. After two hours and 15 minutes (we had appointments), I just wanted to leave rather than haggle. Stressful and not a relaxing experience at all! Oh and I'm still having seizures from the "accent" flickering lights. Never again.
