  • This company is horrible. Two years ago we leased a Honda from Honda West. The lease is up next month. For months we got calls 3 to 4 times a week asking what we were going to do with the car and pushing us to get us into a new 2017 car. When we told them we were buying the lease out and got financing at a lower rate than they could offer, the calls stopped. We went to the dealership today with the check and no one wanted to talk to us! The finance manager gave me a run around. We went up there to the reception desk and she called three or four people to try to help us and no one would. Then there was a salesman that really did try to help us and after about 20 minutes he gave us back the check of approximately $13,000 and told us we should go direct to Honda because if the dealership handled the buy/out Honda West was going to charge us $1200. Clearly if they are not going to make a dime from you then they don't want to help you. Don't lease or buy a vehicle from these crooks.
