  • I had a leak due to a blocked drain line but the unit itself was not draining right and the "disaster" pan under the unit rotted and buckled (since it was only supported in the center of the pan) and a bunch of nasty water ran out into my ceiling. So I put out a search on a FB barter site and I got a response from Jonathon in les than 10 min. Asked me what I needed,told him I made a temporary repair and that I needed someone out by Saturday. He told me they would be in contact to confirm for Saturday 8 am. Got a call the next day but it wasn't to confirm but to see if I was available that afternoon. I was working but knew the wife was at home.I called her to verify then called them back and Jonathan was on his way. He went by his shop to grab the drip pan and he was there in under an hour from Tempe. Gave me three options of repair.I made my choice and he got the repairs done in a decent amount of time. Very professional and was happy to choose a service plan with them now I wont have to worry about this unit. I highly recommend!
