Moving is a very stressful ordeal for most people - something I think the employees of this company need to keep in mind when dealing with clients. This review is based on my dissatisfaction with the employees of this company, not the owner/manager I spoke to about my concerns.
I booked 2 movers to help me move about 4 miles. First, they showed up outside of my appointment window, which was annoying because I was out running last minute moving related errands. I stressed that I was on a time crunch and wanted to stay within about a two hour window. One mover (I never got either of their first names btw) right off the bat got attitude and said that was unrealistic. So I busted my ass helping them run boxes to the truck and load it up, while they seemed to have no sense of urgency. They drove about 20mph on a 40mph street and "got lost" when everyone has GPS on their phone and it was all of TWO turns between point A and B. I called the company to express my frustration and the manager/owner spoke to the driver. After I called, the driver straight up refused to put my furniture back together because he was mad that I complained about their pace. I had to call the company back and the manager/owner again spoke to the driver, forcing him to reassemble my things, and comped me half an hour for the troubles.
Also, the movers stained my new bedroom comforter and knicked the wood in my new apartment TWICE with their careless attitude.
I am not able to recommend this company and especially not the specific movers I had the displeasure of getting assigned to help me.
