  • Customers Beware!!! I took several holiday presents to be wrapped and sent to PostNet in Cave Creek. My gifts were returned "damaged" to the store. As it tuned out, the olive oil had been improperly packed and it broke and leaked all over the box and the remaining gifts. The owner was extremely unhelpful. I stopped in after work to ask her to do the right thing and resend the items at no cost to me. She reluctantly agreed to do this is a very rude way. When we went back with the items, she reneged on her word and refused to send them. She said we would have to wait till the claim was filed. If I could rate this woman's business a "0" out of "5" stars, I would. Go someplace else!
