  • Seriously the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Across the nation. I cut them some slack in the beginning, but after opening a new store they should have worked out the kinks BY NOW. They are incredibly slow. The drive thru line is always a mile long and going inside isn't any better. The barista's move painfully slow. It hurts just to watch. And don't get me started on the amount of time I have to repeat me order until they say it back correctly. Yikes. Management better get This staff retrained or restaffed or people a start going back to the location across the street.
