The only reason I went to Meatheads was because they were hosting an out of town band that just so happen to be my friends.
We quickly found that this is definitely not a place set up to host live bands. It's a very narrow establishment, making it a little awkward for a large gathering. We sat off to the side, behind the partition, unable to view the performers.
The staff were all very attentive and personable, I can't comment on the quality of food/drink as we didn't order anything. None of the staff had a problem with this and we did not feel uncomfortable about this at all.
I know they can't control the quality of music, but they could contribute it it by having appropriate volumes. I don't understand why venues insist on blaring music so loud that it distorts the sound and you can't have a nice relaxing night out while also catching live music.
Honestly, even if it's friends again, I would probably not come here again any time it has a live performance.
