This is the 3rd time I have placed an online order and they have forgotten something in my order. Ok fine. It happens. But what really gets me is when you call and let them know and then ask if they can refund that products amount, the answer is they can't. They say I will have to go back to the restaurant and then they can do it. Well I am 10 miles away one way and if I went back for a refund then why wouldn't I just get the product they forgot!? So basically they know I'm not going to drive back 20 miles round trip to get one product so they offer no refund and I pay for a product I never received. Great.
