  • We have been living at the Lofts since June 2012 and it has been a very up and down adventure. Pros: 2 Pools- Quiet Pool, Nice but doesn't get as much attention as the Sexy Pool(next to leasing office) 24 HR Gym Theatre Room Gated(even though if you wait 5mins someone will let you in or will be coming out) Light Rail - Downtown, Mill Ave, Airport Underground Parking Apt Community events( which include free booze) Door to Door Trash Disposal Cons: Maintence takes for ever Leasing office has the highest turnover ratio in Leasing History Oversize aggressive dogs that should not be in building College Kids Drag Racing in Parking Lot We enjoyed living here the last yr and half, but can't wait to move on.
