  • I am very disappointed in this place. First of all, I was contacted by them after receiving a free 5 minute massage a car dealership. They called and asked me to come in for a free consultation and a free 45 minute massage. I set up my appointment and wasn't told until the day before the appt, that the massage couldn't be scheduled the same day, because they don't "feel comfortable" with that until they have evaluated the patient. That sounds ridiculous, but even so, they could do the massage right after the consultation! I get massages every month and never have to have a medical evaluation prior. SO, I went anyway for my initial free consultation. I received multiple call and reminder texts leading up to my appt. One guy said " I just want to make sure you are going to be here because our doctor set aside 45 minutes for you.". My appt was at 10 am. I got there at 10:05, only because I was trying to locate the place. I filled out all the paper work quickly and was placed in a room, where I sat, for 30 minutes. No doctor. No update. At 10:45, I finally got up and left! Apparently, the doctor didn;t "set aside" 45 minutes for me. They make all this fuss about how valuable the doctor's time is, well guess what? My time is valuable too! If you are trying to gain new customers, you should make them feel a little more important.
