What a horrible company! I guess this is what I get going for these cheap deals. The staff at Silk Med Spa would cancel my appointments last minute without an explanation, but then I would have to wait for weeks for the next one. When I pointed out that within a year I would end up with 3 fewer sessions, the woman said, What do you want me to do about it? in a curt tone. Who treats people like that? Especially customers. And good luck making an appointment - it takes between hours and days. There was also a problem in terms of what my package contained and I got inconsistent treatments. Not that any of it worked. I really regret wasting my time with these people.
