  • This review is for the minute clinic. It's really hit or miss. I usually only come here when my doctor can't get me in on short notice. First time I came here, was a few years back for a ear infection. The nurse I had was on point and super friendly and knew what she was doing. When I was signing in a customer came up and warned me that the doctor who was seeing patients was a "nasty old lady". The doctors name I saw yesterday was Janice. She got me in earlier than what was estimated, so that was cool. I just had a cold/flu and just wanted to make sure which one I had and that I didn't have strep throat. She wasn't too friendly at all. To me that's a big deal when you're working with people, not just people but sick people. BE FRIENDLY! She barely made eye contact with me and couldn't remember anything I was saying. I wasn't impressed at all. It's hit or miss at the minute clinic. It just depends on what doctor you get.
