rev:text	Pros: -great location, walking distance to lots of other casinos/hotels/shows etc -the promenade has a lot of good food options: in n out, sushi burritos, etc, all within a super short walk from the rooms Cons: -the check-in kioks DON'T work, spent 10 minutes trying to get it to scan our ID, gave up and then had to wait in line to check in for 40 minutes - in the middle of a Thursday afternoon -they overbooked the hotel, so when our friends arrived later to check in to their room, they were told it was given away and that they could book an upgraded room for $30 extra/night for the HOTEL'S mistake -it was 115* when we were here, our AC was broken and made so much noise. We made several calls down to the front desk and maintenance. They did not fix it until our 3rd and final night. -there is NO cell service -the mini fridge was also broken and smelled awful, plugged it in upon arrival and when we left 3 days later it still wasn't cold inside. We had to make a makeshift cooler out of the garbage can. -the elevators were broken, only 2 of 3 worked for our tower, 3 is still far too few IMO -housekeeping didn't clean our room for 2 days- had to call and request it -the lyft/uber pick up area is a sh*t show, there isn't room for drivers to turn around so everyone's trying to do 3 point turns...it's a mess -sheets were super rough/itchy, and one had a stain on it I would never stay here again. Bally's is a much better, affordable option. I would rather spend a few extra bucks and stay anywhere else but here!
