  • Mitchell's is a "Can't Miss." They have a great selection of flavors, and you're able to taste any/all that you need. I've had a half dozen different flavors, and there hasn't been one bad choice. Really, they're all delicious. The service is awesome, too. Everybody has been really friendly & easy to talk to. They're happy to give you their suggestions of delicious flavors, and, as I mentioned already, they let you sample any of the flavors. The dining/eating area is clean, simple, and communal. They keep it clean, it looks great, and what more can you ask for!? As my tip points out, I would definitely suggest heading upstairs! For some reason they don't have chairs/tables up there, but they have some interesting art and really big windows that overlook the kitchen. It's pretty fun to look down and see what all the workers are doing. Skip the elevator and take the stairs though. The elevator is VERY slow, and you should probably burn off the calories you're eating anyway.
