ZERO STARS. Why didn't I read the reviews first before wasting my time?
Okay so I pull up about 15 min prior to my 0900 appointment time. At around 0855 I finally started seeing staff assistants rolling in to the place, one with wet hair and looking disheveled. I realize the door is finally open for customers so myself and one more family head inside and immediately sign in. First impression, the place isn't wrecked, some dirty, grungy toys in the front but that's to be expected for toys with high traffic. There was no one to greet me at the sign in desk, just a bunch of ladies running around the office with smoothies, the blonde with wet hair was fixing her hair, chit chat like social hour but no reference to customers. Finally by 0915 I was called up to fill out initial paperwork for my appointment that was 15 min ago. I look at the girl (heavyset with dark longer hair) and I said so just to confirm...my appointment time was 0900? She sneers and says yes, 0900 and here's your paperwork to fill out as she rolls her eyes and shoves the paperwork at me. oh no, not today! I quickly stated i would be taking my 2 year old daughter elsewhere. That is not the way to treat your new customers or customers in general. I could see this place was going to be a problem. Who has time for a business that starts off the day late, and unapologetic at best! No thanks. That whole front office needs to be fired!
