  • I don't like complaining but I have to here... I even opened a yelp account for this review. I've gone into ATL wings in Chandler a couple times and each time the customer service is terrible. The owner is rude, insincere, andalways looks angry, even according to friends that have been there on their own. The wings are good but the customer service is lousy. Anyone who works in customer service knows that if you get an order wrong, don't act like it's your customers fault, especially when said customer is super nice about it. Mistakes happen, no problem. That's normal... But don't be a jerk about it. And heaven forbid you ask a question... They act like you're an idiot and as though it's an insult to them for even asking! If you want a place to simply take your order and provide tasty wings, this is the place, which is why they get a couple stars. But if you want an enjoyable experience, go elsewhere.
