  • The only reason I gave it a one star is that the site does not allow "0" stars. You should all know that this company worked with Home Depot is selling air conditioners, that's where we bought our AC......Home Depot has dropped them for to many customer complaints, according to one of the managers at Home Depot. We bought a new Lennox AC unit almost 3 years ago, the compressor went out, Orangutan sent out a "tech" said the compressor was burnt, said the compressor was under warranty but it would cost $1800 to fix it and it would take them 4 days to get back to fix it. I found a great company, gave him the unit serial #, he got the compressor and fix it the very next day and charged less then half these guys wanted. ....Just as a side note, I spoke to a manager in regards to these charges, he was adamant that those were the charges, I said I would call him back, he told me that he was not taking any more calls today (1:00 pm) to go ahead and leave a message, because as he put it, he had a stack of phone calls he had to return to customers......lol...I wonder why.
