UPDATE! A very nice manager responded to my complaint today! Cesar refunded my delivery fee! I will definitely go back to this location and have Cesar help me out! Thank you for taking the time to satisfy this customer!
I purchased a washer and dryer from the store manager. I added the product protection but then removed it. I purchased a water softener in its place. I was promised free delivery so Candice the Store Manager how she introduced herself several times said she would credit us back for the delivery charge once the merchandise was delivered. Ofcourse it wasnt and after several calls to the store, Candace couldn't be bothered on refunding the delivery fee.
NIce to get a big sale and lie about free delivery. She was apparently annoyed because we removed the service protection plans in order to purchase something we needed more like a water softener. When I called Sears corporate they said it was an independent owner and they couldnt help me. Well , I have choices and this Sears or any Sears will never be part of my purchasing power. Good luck to bad business owners and the people who work there. They will never see my money. I am new to the area and have plenty of appliances I would love to buy, but it will never be through Sears ever. Especially in this location. Sorry guys, you blew it.
