  • My husband and I had a very bad experience with a floor manager. We felt that a signed contract was being changed. The floor manager was not willing to acknowledge our concerns or documentation. He identified himself as the store manager and prevented us from speaking with other employees. However, we reached out to Mr. Peter Cornish. He was more than accommodating and spent time listening to us and resolving our issues. Due to his caring intervention and concern we will certainly return to this business in the future.
