  • My 2007 Prius just 'died' while driving in Chandler. Total blackout and strong smell of electrical burning. Got rescued and immediately got in the internet for help. Found this shop by a google search. Reviews seemed pretty good so I took a chance and had my car towed to them. Sofia took my call and was just great to talk to and really went out of her way to help me understand what might be wrong and how they can help. This was just last Friday afternoon. My car got to their shop Friday after hours. I got a call on Saturday morning with a full explanation of what was wrong and a quote. They could have totally taken advantage of me as they knew I thought the car was a loss. Well, they repaired it the same day (Saturday) with a $130 part and some labor. I got the car Saturday afternoon and met Nate. He was very good about taking his time to explain to me what had happened to my car and even talked to me for a while about another car I have. Great shop and great people! If you have a hybrid, this is the place. I'm a real customer and I was not asked for a review.
