  • Was referred here by a good friend for a facial. Made an appointment online through their website. Received a confirmation email from the spa with date and time of appointment. The day before my appointment I receive a phone call stating that I was booked with someone who doesn't do facials so they would have to reschedule me for the following week. I made an appointment on a specific day and time since I was leaving on vacation. I explained this and I was told sorry we are booked and I could go on a wait list. This is unacceptable service! I would not recommend anyone to this business.
