Most inefficient Chick-fil-A drive thru I've gone through. They do the orders on the iPad, but you still have to wait to pay with a card at the window, further slowing down the line. In addition you can't make any special requests on the iPad, I had to wait until I got to the window. I usually use the app to order mobile to go if the line is long, but this location only has carry out instead of the ability to do curbside. Review is on the location not the food, especially because getting out of there was hectic as well. My only complaint with the food was that my ice cream cone was broken in half, so as that ice cream melted it began to leak everywhere
