  • If only there were an option to put ZERO stars. DO NOT EVER COME HERE! Unless you want to get ripped off, cheated, and lied to. A friend and I came here to purchase furniture for her new condo. Worst experience ever! We thought they were giving us a good deal but in actuality they are con artists. My friend was promised her furniture that same week she ordered it. I in the mean time thought I would bring my husband with to purchase a mattress. My friend didn't end up getting her furniture till a MONTH later! How unprofessional. My husband and I on the other hand put a down of $500 for an $1829 mattress. We actually found it cheaper somewhere else for only $999!!! Almost half off!! When I called to cancel our order they first said no refunds then called me back and said they could refund me if I paid a $600 restocking fee!! WHAT?! Are they high???? I could have left them with my $500 deposit, went and bought the mattress elsewhere for $999 and it still would have been cheaper than $1829!!! After going back and forward for a week they agreed to match the price and said they had my mattress ready for pickup. My husband and I went down to get it, when we got there they said they didn't have it and that they weren't sure if they could match the price even AFTER they had already told me they could!! RIDICULOUS!! So unprofessional!! At our wits end and just wanting it to be over they said to come back the following day which we did. (Mind you we live all the way on the opposite side of town so it's no picnic to drive all that way) so the second day we come back to grab the mattress and pay the remainder the salesman there says they CANT FIND THE MATTRESS IN THEIR WAREHOUSE. WHAT THE F??!!!! I'm 5 mo pregnant and by that point I was not having it. My husband and I are currently at the bank trying to dispute our $500 deposit. I would rather die than let them have my money or my business. They are con artists and have no respect for people. They lie and cheat and make false promises!! If you're smart please read my review and heed my warning. Unless you like to get screwed don't ever walk through their doors. I wouldn't take anything from them even if it were free! Terrible terrible service and just overall scummy human behavior!! Yuckkkkk!!! Pray for them seriously.
