  • I went there with every intention of just looking and maybe getting an idea of what used car deals they had to offer. I expected a high pressure sales pitch for the new cars or to have them not pay much attention to me since I wasn't too sure yet of what I wanted and I really wasn't looking to get anything more than a used, older, cheaper Toyota. Well, my expectations were blown out of the water! I was treated with patience, respect and attention to exactly what I wanted/needed. Our salesperson was Johnny and he was more than happy to take the time to make sure I chose exactly what I wanted, even though it took 3 days from the time I first showed up to the time I drove off with my brand NEW car, he was calm, kind and understanding. Not pushy!!!! What a relief! My husband and I truly had a wonderful easy, quick (once I made up my mind!) car buying experience. So glad there wasn't any pressure and I think that since Johnny answered all of our questions, it made it easier to make our decision based on the knowledge we were given rather than a high pressure atmosphere. The patience, kindness and respect that Johnny showed us is truly appreciated and we will definitely come back next time we are looking for another vehicle!!
