rev:text	Only giving 1 star because yelp won't allow negative stars! HORRIBLE experience! Was looking for a place last minute to bring my son since he had been complaining of toothache over the weekend and today happens to be my day off, after calling a bunch of places I was told by a receptionist that I could bring him in as a walk in after he gets out of school and I did just that. Arrived at about 330 and was given forms to fill out. It was well established that we were NEW patients and WALK-INS, still they let us sit there. At about 4:20 a lady at the desk, hollers across the room and says "MA'AMMMM" as she's giving me a crazy stare, now shes holding my file which has my name but she's obviously not going to calm me by it, that would be polite. I walked over and she says, "What's wrong with your son?!" ME, puzzled, Ummm he has pain? Then she goes on to say, "Is it swollen? Is he bleeding?! I don't know who told you to walk in but we don't see walkins after 3 and it's past 4 and we have a lot of patients!" I was a little bit flabbergasted but was still able to get out the words to advice it WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS WHEN I GOT HERE AN HOUR AGO... then she replies.. "YOU HAVEN'T BEEN HERE AN HOUR" and gives me one final eye roll before I headed out the door, but before I did I asked her name in which she replied "IT'S KRISTIN!!" Kristin appeared to be the manager which is super sad. I can see why they have posters all over their lobby stating they'll give $100 gift card if you leave them a nice review! God forbid they actually deserve one!
