  • Shiny outside, sad service! Arrival room temperature 64 degrees. Someone came to fix it. Returned to room at midnight, 67 degrees. Awakened to 67 degrees. We were given free breakfast and a promise heat would be fixed when we returned so we could have a hot shower before check out. After breakfast 67 degrees still !!! Manager Katie you need training on active listening and follow through. Enjoy the view and don't sleep here!
