  • We purchased our tickets online three days before the movie that we wished to see. We picked our seats, and by purchasing so far in advanced only two other seats had been sold. We were in the theater waiting for the movie to start when the manager came over and asked to see our ticket stubs. Unbeknownst to us Harkins had changed to a larger theater and resold our seats to someone else. We were asked to move and the seats they put us in didn't even compare to the seats we had chosen three days earlier. Beware buying your tickets online through Harkins. Management made it seem like this happens often and we just needed to be understanding of their difficulties when trying to accommodate larger crowds.
