My family all got the new IPhone 6s, we had a few questions and issues, so I made an appointment yesterday morning. I thought I made one for the store, but it turned out to be a phone appointment. I showed up at the store, gave them my name and they could not find me on the list. YIKES! I explained that I only had a few questions that were not technical issues, but just how to operate my phone. I was directed to Tim, explained my questions and he let us know he would find the perfect person for us. Tim delivered. CARLOS answered all of our questions, went step by step in explaining how to do things that we were uncertain of, and even showed us the new features on our phone that we most likely would not have found.
Carlos truly took customer service to the next level. Getting an appointment at an Apple store is harder than a restaurant reservation, but once your in, your are truly given solutions.
