Ok, so I'm finally getting back to this. As far as promising to change my review....yeah, to this day, I STILL have not heard from him. No one even asked me to do that. ???
This job was so horrible from the start that even I could see it was all sorts of wrong and would not work. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
As for this person responding, well, you can see for yourself how he conducts himself and treats people who are paying for a product & service. It's really sad that even his own employees can't stand him.
Please save yourself time, money & frustration and use a reputable company instead of this one.
