  • DO NOT USE SUN CITY TOWING, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I needed an insurance tow, Statefarm scheduled my tow for 730pm. The tow driver, Angel, texted me at 6:42pm, stating "i will be there in 8 minutes, please be ready." I texted back at 6:45, "i will be to my vehichle in 15 minutes." Meaning 7pm, still 30 minutes earlier then my scheduled pick up. Angel called me at 6:55, mumbled something along the lines of "I don't have time to wait, i have anoyher tow thats more important." I quickly asked him to "please wait, i was 6 minutes away, my appointment wasnt until 730, he was early." Angel rudely hung up on me without saying another word. EXTREMELYYYY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
