Just a quick note to tell you my experience October 14th at your Service Department...
I have been a customer at this dealership for the last 7 years and had good experience with Friendly Ford service department. This morning, I took my Escape for the engine check light and had to deal with an incompetent service representative. He said I was the first in the line and would call me as soon as it's fixed. I left and run some errands and realized never received the call from Him. When I called him to find out what the repair status on my car, he completely changed the storyline and told me there are 4 people in front of me. He also said my car will be taken care of next day. When I reminded him what he told me he did not acknowledge anything he said and laughing and being rude the whole time. He did not even apologize or show any sign of professionalism at all. He should understand that time is very valuable for some people, keep the words coming out of your mouth, do not lie to your customers and learn some manners.
My question is to his Manager. Why do you hire people like him who has no clue about customer service? These people represent your company in the front line. You should be more selective and train employees before putting them on duty.
Just stay away from this dealership.
