On Saturday, April. 15th, I went to the location listed and pre-ordered a cake. I explained everything I wanted on the cake and how I would like, as I wanted a specialty cake. I said I would pick up my cake on Tuesday, April 18th for my daughter 16th Birthday party. I got to the store on April 18th and was told by Heather ..."oops, I think they forgot to make your cake. I could put one together quick but it won't be frozen all the way. Those take overnight. I also can't give you a refund cause I have no money here. I guess you could just pick a regular cake on it and I will write on it".
This left me no options considering I couldn't even get a refund. I did explain to her that I paid for a speciality cake and not a regular cake. She preceded to tell me that I didn't pay for a specialty cake and that the manager gave me a discount. So she was giving me the better deal. Her manager was a "cheap ass" and keep raising the prices. She gave me the # to her general manager., James. 702-742-4912. I called this number several times immediately after leaving the store. No answer and no voice mail box was available. I called Heather back at the store. She told me her works 7-4 only and he probably turned his phone off. (It was currently 3 pm). I asked for someone else to speak with. She said there is the owner, and you would be wasting your time because he won't speak with customer. I also told her I was disappointed with how she wrote on the cake. The letter didn't go straight. This is what I was told.."I have carpel tunnel and I am done dealing with you". Then she hung up on me. SERIOUSLY!!!???
