| - We've stayed here a few times for a local comic con. We always seem to have a problem. Last December, we booked our room when it was on sale via their website. When we got there, they were not going to honor the price, until my boyfriend produced a copy of his confirmation information.
This last weekend, he made sure he had his confirmation on him so there was no problem with check-in. Things went smoothly till we tried to get into our room Saturday night. We were locked out! According to the person at the front desk, they deactivated our room keys, because of the price we paid was for "x" amount of nights. (The room was booked for Thursday thru Sunday.) The person at the front desk refused to wait on my boyfriend. They wanted to take care of a "paying" customer behind him. Needles to say, we got the key fixed.
Despite that, our room has always been pretty big & always clean. Their continental buffet is pretty simple - bagels, toast, muffins, cereal, coffee, juice, & milk.
