I've been frequenting Basha's for many years, but today was my absolute last time. My experience started when I called this stores Meat department to order a whole Bone-In Pork Loin. These go about 20 pounds. Requested it to be cut in 1" thick Rib End Chops and Center Rib Chops, with the Sirloin End (6-7 lbs) uncut. After I returned home it was discovered that's not the way this was cut. So I returned to this store's Customer counter where I was told to take it back to the meat cutters. After 10 or so minutes (they were busy) the butcher told me that's the way I asked for this to be cut. No offer to cut me a new one and make it right. Rather than argue I returned to the Customer counter were instead of just refunding my money the same employee working there said something that rubbed me wrong. I got upset at getting the run around in addition to coming back a second time for their mistake? No thanks! I will not shop at Basha's again. It would behoove Management to remind their employees "the customer is always right" mantra should always apply!
