  • After staying here three times I feel I can sufficiently review this hotel. Let's go from best to worst in remarks- best: rooms especially the villas are great if you have your kids with you and even if you don't, these are spacious and beautiful. Best: room service- the food is always delicious and the service has been too notch with the delivery person going above and beyond. Best- pool options- u have options. The main pool with the slide is great and the service also, but there are two other pools you can hang out at if you prefer something more low key, and at. It's these other options you can get food and beverage service also. The only "worst" comments in Involve check in and in person check out- this process is the most time consuming and I'm not sure what the hold up is? Even when not under renovation they were very slow:/ hopefully after renovation they will keep more on staff to keep this process running more smoothly and quickly. We tried to get a digital key to avoid the check in wait but it would not work :/ otherwise a great place to stay.
