  • False have not reduced it at all and refuse to return my calls. Have emails with original bill and "reduced" bill. Same price just added marked up "parts" to make up for lost hour your team tried to scam me out of. You have not spoke to me on the phone. The last person I talked to was Vicky and she yelled at me and hung up because I wanted to speak to a supervisor.
