  • This was truly THE worst haircut I have ever had In my entire life. It's my own fault for going to a salon in Walmart in the first place. I brought in a picture. I'm not dilusional, know it won't look like a model but it should, at the very least resemble the cut I chose. My first problem was that the promotion was a free shampoo with every cut. She sat me down and got out the comb and scissors. I had to ASK for the shampoo. She at me down and began combing my hair, asked how much of the length I wanted off etc. after making the first few cuts, I noticed her squinting. I mean really squinting!!! Did she forget her glasses!!?? I wish I had the nerve to just say I wasn't comfortable but I didn't and I ended up with what I can only compare to a female mullet. I literally cried for 3 hours when I got home. Her name was Bridgette and it was at the Rancho location behind the Fiesta casino. I took the customer survey and told them every detail of my visit. I never received any contact about this horrible service.
