rev:text	If I can give this company zero stars I would give this company zero stars, they have came to my home after my air conditioning unit stopped working, they were referred to me by the home warranty company, they sent me a notification that they would be at my property in 23 minutes and then they canceled five minutes later And made it horrible excuse about having to go to another state so they couldn't come out and fix the air conditioning on the second day with no air.. at this point my house was 91°. after three days of 110° weather in Arizona They finally made it this morning and they came into my home for five minutes six minutes max, did no air pressure or temp checks did not even look at my unit, failed to bring A ladder when I asked him if there was anything that he could do to fix it he said to me "what did you think I brought a helicopter?" At this point I decided to record him because he was walking out at home I asked him to speak to a supervisor and he started walking away, I told him he was not doing his job correctly and he said he didn't care, I asked him why he was only in my home five minutes he shrugged his shoulders, I told him he was being recorded and that's when he started trying to cover his face with his hat so that I wouldn't record him being as lazy piece of shit he was behaving like. Needless to say my warranty company is looking for another contractor to come out and fix my home my thermostat now says 96° I tried to contact his supervisor and they sent me to voicemail and will not return my call. fuck this lousy company.
