  • I've been coming to this pharmacy for years and it hasn't been the best but not the worst either...till today. I tried to get my prescription refilled and they said they needed the doctors authorization and they will take care of it...okay...so a few days go by and nothing. So I call my doctors office and they said they would do it themselves since Walgreens had not contacted them yet. So I call them the next day and of course they said they haven't received anything. Okay so I try to call my doctors office which is now closed because it is a Friday. So I try Walgreens again. The girl was sorry and she couldn't find it so she transferred me to a man who was a total jerk for lack of a better word... I don't know his name but whatever man worked on 8/19/16 at around 12pm you sir need a new job not dealing with people because you are awful. No empathy at all!! I hung up on him for his rudeness. Needless to say I will not be going back.
